A Member of the City Watch so Hyoubu distrusts her on principal. Hyoubu tried to put salt in the coffee she made once, somehow that led to a bet between them. He can't say he really dislikes her though.

Hyoubu is convinced this guy must be touched in the head. Apparently he was on death row where he came from. At least he isn't boring.

Yamazaki Sagaru (Gintama)

A regular at World's End. A side character who tried to bluff and claim to be the main character of a movie. Too bad Hyoubu reads Patty's Jump sometimes.

Keroro (Keroro Gunsou)

A sub par comedian that Hyoubu thought was kind of stupid but not really worth being annoyed at. That was, until Keroro sent him a box of girl's middle school uniform and then posted about it on the damn network. (Even though Hyoubu started it, really...)

Yami Bakura (Yu-Gi-Oh!)

A self-proclaimed evil spirit who's apparently been around for thousands of years now. Hyoubu can't help but feel a bit of kinship with someone like that.

That doesn't mean he doesn't also find him a little annoying though. It also didn't stop Hyoubu from including this guy in his Seven Mysteries of Death City.

Steve Rogers (Marvel Cinematic Universe)

A fellow WWII verteran from another world. Even though they fought for opposing sides, Hyoubu can't help but feel a little nostalgic when he sees Steve. Of course, nostalgia aside, they seem to have some irrevocable ideological differences. For one, it feels sometimes like Steve thinks Hyoubu is a better person than he actually is.

Hyoubu's made sure to correct him on that.

Sai (Majin Tantei Nougami Neuro)

A serial killer as well as a child who had been screwed over by the ambitions of adults. Since he could bend a stop sign with his hands, Hyoubu figured it wouldn't hurt to hire him as a bouncer for World's End.

He hadn't appreciated it when the kid came home with a dog.

Katsuragi Yako (Majin Tantei Nougami Neuro)

A girl from Sai's world. She seems like a nice girl, he has to wonder what she had done to accumulate so much bad Karma that she ended up having to deal with Sai...

Either way, it's good that she did end up with this responsibility. If she hadn't, Hyoubu is certain no one would have gone with him to save the kid.

From the get go they hadn't gotten along and it's just been getting worse and worse as time goes on. Most of it was Hyoubu's fault, really (he did sign the guy up for a drag contest, spread lies about him in the form of the Seven Wonders of Death City, threw rocks at him and threw a rioter at him too.)

He's incredibly fun to troll though. Even if this guy seriously has some unreselved anger issues.

Kaburagi Kotetsu (Tiger&Bunny)

In the beginning, Hyoubu had just been trolling this guy because he thought it'd be funny. Then their conversation started hitting too close to home for Hyoubu's comfort. He does think it's good that Kotetsu was able to help his partner, Hyoubu would appreciate it though, if he'd just Leave Hyoubu alone on that front. He didn't need anyone who doesn't even understand to butt in.

Except then he realize that the bastard might actually understand and it just pisses Hyoubu off even more. (It's like talking to a reflection of who he was and he hates it.)

Barnaby Brooks Jr. (Tiger&Bunny)

He claimed that Kotetsu was a murderer. Hyoubu doesn't have a leg in the race either way, but he'd be surprised if this guy was actually right.

Lily Ivory (The Witchcraft Mysteries)

An interesting person to troll. Very practical and doesn't believe half of what he says (sometimes not even the stuff that's true). That's what makes it fun, though.

Apparently is an idol of Ms. She denies it, but that's pretty much what she is. He doesn't hate her, really, but she has some pretty good reactions. He might have to re-evaluate his opinion after she burned him, though.

He's like a teenage Hinomiya...except Hinomiya's a little brighter. Interesting kid though. Yako's boyfriend and has some kind of beef with Sai (that Hyoubu knows about but he prefers to feign ignorance.)

Hyuuga Neji (Naruto)

The (very) young Commander of the Watch. Hyoubu broke into his office once. He was kind of disappointed at how boring the kid's chair and office is. Maybe one day he'll give him some tips.

She's...interesting, certainly. Hyoubu's not quite sure what to make of her, but she's fun to talk to at least.

(Even though she's a Normal, in some ways she reminds him of the Queen.)
